We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, shipped via EMS, delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.3. Delivery Areas

We ship globally, excluding Asia and select remote regions. Additional restrictions may apply to certain products.

4.4. Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect, we will deduct original and return shipping costs from any refund.

• Ceramic & Garden Ornaments (unless damaged in transit)
• Compost and Soil Improvers
• Footwear
• Personalised or Made-to-Order Items

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
