Returns Timeframe
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day period. Please use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly.
- Wait for Instructions: We will reply with a Returns Authorisation number and specific instructions on where to send your item. Please do not send anything back without this number.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the unused and original item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Ship it to the address we provide, using a tracked service. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
- Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you as soon as we have processed the return.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Ceramic & Garden Ornaments: Due to their fragile nature, these are only returnable if damaged in transit (please report this immediately upon delivery).
- Compost and Soil Improvers: For obvious hygiene and safety reasons, these products cannot be returned once they have left our warehouse.
- Footwear: For hygiene purposes, we cannot accept returns on any footwear.
- Personalised or Made-to-Order Items: Any bespoke products created specifically for you are non-returnable.
Please note: All items must be returned in their original, unused, and saleable condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and guide you through a simple process, which may include providing photographic evidence.
